You may think direct labors always do heavy work, so mostly they feel tired and upset. But, I tell you what direct labors look like in YONGLI workshop. According to my several years’ personal experience, I realized that the behavior is much more important than the ability. If an employee has a good behavior in a company, he or she will find a right direction to society.
