A moral person always makes a great employee, then those great employees build an excellent team. What is a great employee?
According to my several years’ personal experience, I realized that the behavior is much more important than the ability. If an employee has a good behavior in a company, he or she will find a right direction to society. Even if their ability were not good at the beginning, after several years’ efforts, they will make a big contribution to their company and society.
Then what is an excellent team? As I thought, each of the team can hold a faithful mind and always cohesive, no matter how big the trouble is, and how many times they were set back.
I really appreciate that I got my great employees and we made an excellent team together, and we do hope YONGLI will be better and better.
