YONGLI Biomass/Feed Machinery

27-28，May, 2016, YONGLI has welcomed Egyptian clients for a new project of 10t/h wood pellet line. This project has gone through for six months since our project, and now we are stepping into the contract. This 10t/h project covers the complete processes including chipping, drying, pelleting, and final cooling and packing. The whole line was designed to be controlled by PLC and electric. As a new turnkey project, we in charged of the whole line building up steps. The goal of this trip is mainly for signing. We are glad that Egyptian clients are very satisfied with our guiding. Further steps will be discussed in the next few days.

You may think direct labors always do heavy work, so mostly they feel tired and upset. But, I tell you what direct labors look like in YONGLI workshop. Team leaders often stay with the team, even though the work is hard, they can always find pleasure together. The key is they do not work as a team but a family. I am so glad that I got such a passionate work team. And I want to tell you guys, I am proud of you, and of course, thank you all for making my job meaningful !

Early in the morning, I found this thanks letter from my folder. That reminds me the project we done in November last year. As time goes by, we've done thousands project domestic and abroad. I can see the improvement we made. I feel happy when I devote to my work, and I am proud of being a member of YONGLI. Thank all my clients, and thank the hardworking me.

It is really a very busy day in YONGLI workshop today, one of our shipping team is working very hard for the shipment of 8 x 40HQ containers to Russia, i'd like to share the photos as below. This Russia client placed order for 2TPH wood pellet line two years ago, this year he places another order for 5TPH wood pellet line, the goods will be arrived their port very soon, and we will send our engineers for guide installation. A moral person always makes a great employee, then those great employees build an excellent team. What is a great employee? According to my several years’ personal experience, I realized that the behavior is much more important than the ability. If an employee has a good behavior in a company, he or she will find a right direction to society. Even if their ability were not good at the beginning, after several years’ efforts, they will make a big contribution to their company  and society. Then what is an excellent team? As I thought, each of the team can hold a faithful mind and always cohesive, no matter how big the trouble is, and how many times they were set back.
