Yongli grinder as applicable to large and medium-sized small-scale
feed mills, food factory, solvent factory, alcohol plant, citric acid plants,
refineries, breweries, flour mills of the material pieces.
Main structure
1. Base:
connect and support the various parts of the mill to form a whole machine. The
crushed powder is discharged from the bottom of the base.
2. Rotor:
composed of spindle, the plate hammer frame, a pin shaft, a hammer, bearing
parts, it is the main moving parts of the mill, improve the rotor speed, after
assembly in the hold pin and hammer sheet case must balancing act examination.
3. Operation door:
the replacement of plate or hammer films shall open the door. Depending on the
operation door to the pressing plate.
4. The upper
machine shell with a feed port, the lower base and connected are arranged at
two sides of the sieve plate, and a rotor composed of crushing chamber. The
material is crushed in the crushing chamber.
5. Feed guide
mechanism: the material from the left or right into the crushing room. The
direction change of the feed guide plate is controlled by the cylinder with an
electric control reversing valve, and the steering of the motor is changed
automatically by the stroke switch, and the feeding direction is consistent
with the rotor direction.
