Working
principle
Drum
slicer base is made by high strength plate welded together; roller is installed
two knives which takes use of special cutter bolt, through a pressure block,
the flying cutter fixed on the knife roller; according to different thickness
of raw material of cutting requirement, feeding rollers can float in a certain
range with the help of the hydraulic system; cut sheet flow through the mesh
network down, while large sheet will be cut once again.
Hydraulic
system: hand oil pump supply oil to the oil cylinder then start shell, easy blade
replacement, during maintenance, people can lift upper feed roller assembly,
easy to adjust the gap between the flying cutter and the ending knife.
