Principle
of crushing equipment
Hammer mill is used to crush raw materials into small size.
According to the size of the crushed material, it can be divided into rough crushing
mill, hammer mill, super-micro hammer mill.
In the process of grinding, the external force applied to the solid
has four kinds of shear, strike, rolling and grinding. Shear is mainly used in
the coarse crushing (broken) and pulverization operation, applicable to ductile
or fiber materials and bulk material crushing or grinding operation; strike is
mainly used in grinding operation, suitable for the crushing of brittle material;
rolling is mainly used in high fineness of crushed ultra-micro pulverization
operation, for most of the properties of the material of ultrafine comminution;
grinding is mainly used for ultra-crushing or super large grinding equipment,
and is suitable for crushing operations, after further grinding operation.
Range of
materials for crushing equipment
The rough crushing mill is mainly used for the industry of
comminution pretreatment section, its role is mainly the material with larger
diameter (5-10cm) processing to smaller diameter of granular materials (5-10 mm
in diameter).
Hammer mill is mainly used for various industries in the fineness of
grinding section, its role is the granular material is machined to the required
diameter of fineness of powder, in order to carry out follow-up treatment or as
a finished product.
Super-micro hammer mill is mainly used in industry, the majority of
the ultra-crushing section, will be crushed material smash again in order to
achieve the required material diameter, which is mainly used in the processing
of raw materials, high-end products.
According to the required fineness of materials of the D90 standard
(90% of the material reaches a predetermined fineness) distinguishes the
crusher for rough crushing mill (below 60 mesh), hammer mill (60-120 mesh),
ultrafine hammer mill (120-300 mesh), super-micro hammer mill (300 mesh above).
