1.
Wood chipping process
Peeled wood logs go through wood chipper, with the help of knife
rollers, complete logs can be machined into 1-3cm size woodchips.

Woodchip grinding process
Woodchips from last process get into wood grinder, which is motivated
by electric fan, pass by hammer slicers, and finally become 3-4mm size sawdust.
3. Sawdust drying process
The moisture of grinded sawdust is much higher than required level
before pelleting, so it’s necessary to dry materials into 13-18% humidity.

Pellet forming process
With or without oil adding system, dried sawdust is formed into
certain size pellet. Usually, the temperature of finished pellets can reach
70-80℃.
5.
Pellet cooling process
For immediately packing the new formed pellets, cooling should be
settled before packing process.
6.
Pellet packing process
Small bag packing or ton bag packing is optional.
