YONGLI sawdust pelleting machine motor operating supply voltage and rated voltage deviation is not more than + 5%, unbalanced three-phase voltage does not exceed 1.5%. Motor running current shall not exceed the rated current on the brand name, three-phase current imbalance of not more than 80%, otherwise it will cause the motor fever and even burn. YONGLI granulator with thermometer, use thermometer to measure the motor casing surface temperature should not exceed 80 DEG C, bearing temperature should not exceed 95 DEG C, the motor should be keep clean, dry, well ventilated, air inlet and the air outlet will frost kept clear. Running in the motor appear smoke, violent vibration, abnormal sound, special smell, speed decreased significantly; load equipment failure; the occurrence of shock should be immediately shut down.
