Installation guidance of YONGLI grinder

1． According to the drawing requirements, to ensure that the mill under the material suction hood height (500mm-1000mm);

2． Yongli mill and dust collector, permitted discharge auger duct should be done. One side should be near the mill duct circular baffle height, to prevent dust is sucked too much. Air duct plate for the 3mmA3 board, the air duct should be made into the hole in order to repair.

3． The mill should be equipped with a cushion Yongli or other damping device;

4． The bottom buffer bucket should keep the material flowing, the angle should be more than 60 degrees, and the buffer should be set up on the top of the window, in order to block the material to clean up;

5． Yongli dust collector on the part of buffer bucket made straight, such as muffler for high pressure fan to. Peron precipitator should consider set aside space replacement bag, fan made the wind pipe, through to the outside;

6． Between the buffer bucket and the feeder should be soft connection, a buffer device, can use latex sponge soft connection;
